Meserret Palace Hotel is a charming gem nestled in the heart of Istanbul, offering a perfect blend of comfort and history. the location is truly unbeatable, with all the major tourist sites within easy reach by foot or tram. the staff, especially Mehmet "Mr. Zero," went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that felt like home. The room, though cozy, was well-decorated and equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a kettle for tea enthusiasts like myself. the free daily manager's reception was a lovely touch, adding to the overall sense of hospitality that permeates the hotel. the breakfast, while adequate, could benefit from a bit more variety in the hot dishes offered. The proximity to key landmarks like the Spice Bazaar and Basilica Cistern made exploring the city a breeze, while the availability of bike and car hire services further enhanced our experience. the attentive housekeeping staff ensured that our room was always pristine, respecting our privacy unless signaled otherwise. Overall, Meserret Palace Hotel provided a delightful stay that seamlessly blended modern comforts with the historical richness of Istanbul.
